when the original partners,
which included Charles D.
Hollman, assumed the
Westminster offices of a
Baltimore law firm. In the early
years following its formation,
the firm acted as general
counsel to the largest
municipality in Carroll County,
and focused on municipal law

government law. Peter J. Korzenewski joined the firm in 2003 to handle
cases involving personal injury, criminal law and commercial litigation. In
2007, Danie E. Engles joined the firm to engage in the general practice of law
with an emphasis on domestic relations law and litigation. Matthew G.
Luzuriaga joined the firm in 2009 to focus on general civil and criminal
litigation as well as business and corporate law.
