Hollman, Maguire, Korzenewski & Luzuriaga, Chtd. is a general practice law firm centrally located in historic Westminster, Maryland, just two blocks from the county courthouses and office building. We handle a variety of legal matters for individuals, businesses, and various public and private organizations.
History
Hollman, Maguire, Korzenewski & Luzuriaga, Chtd. was founded in 1977 in historic Westminster when the original partners, including Charles D. Hollman, assumed the Westminster office of a Baltimore law firm. In the years following the its formation, the firm acted as general counsel to the largest municipality in Carroll County, and focused on municipal law in conjunction with an administrative, zoning and general business practice. In 1987, John T. Maguire joined the firm to meet our expanding zoning, real estate and municipal government practice needs. Peter J. Korzenewski joined the firm in 2003, expanding the firm’s scope of representation, focusing on personal injury, criminal law and commercial litigation. In 2009, Matthew G. Luzuriaga joined the firm, further expanding our practice areas, focusing largely on general civil litigation, business law, domestic relations, and criminal law. In 2017, Mandi Porter joined the firm to expand our personal injury, estate planning and general litigation practices.
